When we saw DS at Avalon

Nope, sorry, We didn't take that picture, but still.....the Dreamstreet concert at Avalon was soooo awesome!
When we got there the first thing we saw was about 800 12 year old girls, there seemed to be no end to them. We felt like the oldest ones of the crowd, but we didn'care, because in just a few hours we were going to see DREAM STREET! ahhhhhhh! Danielle knew we would be waiting in line for a long time so she brought posterboard and markers and lots and lots of pictures of GREG(her favorite). Even though we had already made a few posters each we began coloring with Danielle. Unfortunetley we had forgotten the tape to put on the pictures of GREG!!!! oops! Frantically we searched for a way to stick on the picures. It seemed impossible. Then we had an idea, Danielle had brought a pack of gum! Also, a really nice group of girls behind us in line were also chewing gum. Laughing, all thirteen of us spit our gum on the back of the pictures and stuck them onto the poster.

The posters came out great. In fact, this was a concert sponserd by radio disney and there was a huge poster contest going on. The winner would go backstage. All of the other winners of the contest would get front row spots! When our now group of thirteen found this out, we knew we had to stand out. Luckily for us, the girls behind us were cheerleaders and instantly made a pyramid. At the top the girl held the posters we made. We began to sing. Natrually we all knew all of the words to the entire cd, I mean who doesn't. The radio disney poster guys walked by a number of times, and pointed at us. We screamed soooo loud!

Finally, the radio disney man came up and said that our group could get front row! WE WERE SO EXCITED! we fallowed the other group of girls we were with. When we got to the door the radio disney man wouldn't let us in, he said he could only take one group. "We were with them!" I screamed. "haha, sureeeee" said the radio disney man. I was standing there holding the poster that had just one the contest, yet he wouldnt let us in! We were so mad. We went back to our spot in line and waited impatiently. Later, the radio disney man passed us in line, he stopped and looked awkwardly at us. "I thought I let in the people that made that poster."
"You wouldn't let us in!" cristina, danielle, and i screamed in unison.
"o I'm sorry about that, I'll see if i can get you guys some t-shirts or something." he said.
Well we never got the t-shirts but we were glad to hear he was sorry. It turns out that the concert area wasn't that crowded. So luckily we were pretty close. About fifth row, it was hard to tell because there were no seats. Third Faze was great, but then.....then DREAM STREET came out! They were amazing, it was soooo awesome! I hope they come to Boston again soon, because that was the most fun i have ever had.
